SAUVIGNON’S NAME ETYMOLOGY

The origin of Sauvignon grape is in the south-west part of France. The name comes from "sauvage" that means wild, indicating its closeness with the wild vine variety. The vine variety is now widespread and it has the better yield in cool climate characterize by strong temperature range, just as the Collio.

AWARD

Vintage 2017 James Suckling 91/100: “A fresh sauvignon with nectarines, limes and white pepper. The palate is quite
textured with pretty flavors of green fruit that intermingle with bright acidity, but finish fleshy.”
