HOW TO SERVE GRAPPA

It is recommends serving grappa neither too cold not too hot: it is also true that the ideal temperature depending on the type of grappa.

Young or white grappa are usually served at between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius, and refined, aged and reserve grappa at between 15 and 18 degrees, sometimes even at 20 degrees.

The right glass to enjoy grappa is a small tulip-shaped glass with open rims to facilitate the perception of the perfume.
